I wish there were more stars for this review. Dr. Viva Zima has been there for myself and my whole family many times. There has been times where I’ve been so sick she has offered to make house calls for me. Let’s talk about my weightloss journey with her! I have always struggled with my weight and she has been the only one that has helped me lose 50 pounds and has actually helped me keep it off. Her caring, kind demeanor puts you at ease the minute you meet her. She listens to your needs and truly will get you the results you want!

I love Sage hormone health. Viva is an excellent provider, she listens, she cares and takes her time to get to the root of the problem, she treats you like family. I highly recommend using her services.

Dr. Viva Zima is a great health care practitioner. She is easy to get an appt with. I live in Tucson and I can easily get a virtual appointment with her. She also keeps in touch via txt and email. She helps me manage my thyroid, we review my hormones and she helps me with weight mgmt. She also provided a portal where I can order high quality supplements (that she recommends). She is kind, friendly and a good listener. She is a value add to my other doctors (PCP, OBGYN). Glad I found her.

Quick, easy appointment setup; excellent rapport during FaceTime appointment; my prescriptions arrive so fast and well cared for. I love being able to text my questions and get a fast response every time. I feel well cared for and supported, and feel so much better!!
